    Per Se Antitrust Price-Fixing Claims Allowed to Proceed Against Bankrate
    The UnitedStates District Court of New Jersey ruled that BanxCorp adequately pled per se antitrust claims against Bankrate Inc., consisting of horizontal price fixing agreements between Bankrate and 90 competitors, and a market division agreement between Bankrate and LendingTree.
